Aide à la programmation

Êtes-vous un développeur C++ et/ou Python avec une connaissance de Qt (www.trolltech.com) et des SIG ? Vous pouvez aider QGIS à s'améliorer en soumettant des correctifs ou des extensions. Nous sommes particulièrement interéssés par des correctifs  à destination de notre version stable (ces correctifs se verront donner la priorité).

• Jetez un oeil à notre page d'acceuil des nouveaux développeurs.
• Parcourez qgis.osgeo.org et le gestionnaire de bugs et de requêtes pour voir si un point éveille votre intérêt.
• FInd out more about QGIS in the user manual and API documentation.
• Join the developers mailing list to keep abreast of the overall project management and direction.
• Discuss your ideas on IRC channel #qgis on irc.freenode.net with other developers.

Packaging and platform specific help

If you are able to package and maintain a platform specific port of QGIS, the release-team would like to hear from and provides an overview at the Wiki Release Info area. You would need to be familiar with the peculiarities of your operating system and probably will need to have some C++ knowledge to in the event that platform specific code needs to be run. Skills in the following areas are useful:

• win32/mingw (OpenSource Qt4 win mingw can be used)
• solaris
• other non Linux based unices
• pocket pc

Non programming help

Are you a non-coder and interested to help? The QGIS community-team always needs volunteers keeping the documentation current with new developments in the code base, translating it to different languages, adding examples, updating screenshots, maintaining the QGIS website, forum and blog. Read through the Wiki Community Resource area for more information.
